I serve as a Pediatric Intensivist at Hospital 12 de Octubre—a public hospital located in Madrid, Spain—where I completed my residency from 2011 to 2015, specializing in pediatric critical care.

Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit provides care for both medical and surgical patients. My primary areas of interest include the management of patients with congenital heart disease—from the neonatal period through adulthood—, the support of patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and active involvement in the primary ECMO transport program. Additionally, I am committed to the early detection and management of septic shock.
